These terms govern your use of WeightGain and its email list for updates about our planned US launch. By joining the waitlist or using this site you agree to them.

Not medical advice

Content on this site is for information. It's not a substitute for evaluation by a licensed provider. This waitlist does not provide diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions, medication access, eligibility decisions, medical advice, or a guarantee that any care option will be appropriate for you.

Interest labels such as TRT therapy are shorthand topic categories for education and updates only. You understand that selecting a category does not request treatment, medication, a prescription, or clinical review.

Eligibility and regions

You must be at least eighteen years old to join the email list. People outside the United States may join for email updates. Planned care and products at launch are limited to the United States and subject to state, individual eligibility, and applicable legal requirements. Joining the list does not establish eligibility for care, prescriptions, or purchases, and does not guarantee availability in your state.

WeightGain does not offer clinical services, prescriptions, or medication access in any state or region until required licensed medical coverage, legal review, privacy safeguards, and operational requirements are in place.

Medication access

The waitlist does not prescribe, sell, distribute, or facilitate access to testosterone or any medication. Any future medication-related care would require a lawful clinical process, clinician judgment, patient consent, and pharmacy or distribution partners that meet applicable requirements.

Product imagery

Product images are illustrative design previews, not photographs of products available for purchase. Packaging, labels, and any future offerings may change. The images do not establish approval, safety, effectiveness, or eligibility for treatment. Joining the email list does not place an order or reserve a product.

Communications

By joining the list, you agree that WeightGain may email you when access opens.

Prohibited uses

You agree not to submit false contact information, abuse the signup form, interfere with the site, use the waitlist for spam, or submit symptoms, lab values, medical documents, medication history, payment information, or other private clinical details through the public form.
